What are my purchase options?
Order Online
All our products can be ordered online with Credit or Paypal
How do I return an item?
You can return any item up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please get in touch to arrange the return by emailing order@ customerservice@puzzlecustom.com
What if my product is faulty?
We take our product quality very seriously, so rest assured our team are here to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible.
If you receive a faulty product you can return it for a full refund or request a replacement up to 30 days after delivery.
To arrange a refund or replacement please email order@ customerservice@puzzlecustom.com with an image of the faulty product
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Pay by card
Payments can be made by card online or over the phone: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Pay by Bank Transfer
Pro-forma invoice
If you chose to make an order by Pro-forma Invoice, then payments can be made by bank transfer. After you have ordered we will email you a Pro-forma Invoice which includes our payment details. Once we have received your payment your goods will be shipped
Invoice
Qualifying companies can create an account and request to pay by Invoice. Once a valid Purchase Order has been received the goods will be shipped and an Invoice will be issued with payment details and credit terms
My order has not arrived yet?
You should have received an email with the tracking number for your order. If you are having problems tracking your order or the order is late, please get in touch and one of our team will help track it down. Just email order@ customerservice@puzzlecustom.com
